Hi, I’m Didier

Engineering Manager

This is the way I can document my experience in this new journey as an Engineering manager.

Initially, I started my career as QA Engineer and for a long time I focus all my efforts on advocating for Quality in the different products where I worked on

In 2022, I become an Engineering Manager because I really want to help my team to succeed in our goals and since then I've learned a lot.

Here I'll share my experiences, and all my failures and successes, because I want to help others as much as I can on this journey of becoming an engineering manager.
